See I told yah so

I needed a nag, do you know that my friend had to send me the danged link for this cuz I forgot I had it?!?!?! How utterly sad is that?

I am drowning in shoulda woulda couldas lately. Shoulda done that, woulda done that if I remembered, and the ever faithful, man, coulda done that better.

School started again, huzzah, 2nd grade now and it's been kinda hard for her. The clique-ing has begun and DD is NOT a clique-ish kid.

Working on my business Serene Dreaming and having fun making things, but not doing so well promoing and such to get people to the site, Serene Dreaming (blatant promo)

Serene Dreaming

I can tell school has started because we are all sick again. Man, this bit I do NOT miss. You tell your kids to share and they do, but all the wrong things. LOL

Ok, off to work, huzzah and all that....

Thanks for the nag, you know who you are *grin*

Playing With Fire by Gena Showalter

Earth, Wind and Fire aren’t just a band anymore…

Used to be my greatest achievement was holding a job more than three days. Now suddenly I can shoot fireballs, chill your drink, or blow-dry your hair at fifty paces with a blink of my eye!

It all started when this crazy scientist dropped something in my grande mocha latte. Of course I got wicked sick. Next morning I’m waking up with this total hottie bending over me. He tells me 1) his name’s Rome Masters, 2) he’s a government agent and 3) I can control the four elements with a thought.

He seems even less pleased by my (apparently irreversible) transformation that I am. . . because now he’s supposed to kill me. The only good news: I didn’t make this bed of trouble, but Rome sure seems to want me to lie in it. With him.

I'm really terrible at this....

I need a nag. No really, I need someone to nag at me to update this thingie here...LOL Well, Beth started school today and boy was it crazy! They had 5 classes of 1st grade and 5 classes of 2nd grade find their teachers and line up....that's a blistering-earful of children!!! Tomorrow is her first full day, I wonder how she'll do. Probably will be pooped...and cranky. Eh, it'll be fun.

Fun times!!

Wow, was a crazy week! I have been working on reviews, formatting interviews, AND trying to finish the edits on a book that has gone through 3 name changes so far. I had a brainstorm last night and can't see it getting done any time soon But I am having loads of fun with it!

I read Bump in the Night yesterday and started Dates From Hell right before bed. Bump in the Night was a great book that went a little spooky. We got to see Eve deal with the paranormal, and she reacted in a very Eve way. If you've read JD Robb's In Death series then you know exactly what I mean. The other three stories in the book were fun; the last one was quite trippy. It got a song stuck in my head...had some VERY interesting dreams because of it!

Today I get to work on that brainstorm and write up two reviews. Also get to have my windows measured. One winter of watching the curtains blow in the draft was enough. The joys of home ownership.

Only 2 days left of Spring Break, Beth is looking forward to going back to school and I am looking forward to her going back too. (grin) Shame on me, but I miss the routine! She's sitting next to her brother and reading him a book. Amazing how quick she's learned to read!

Just was reminded of a WHOLE lot of work that I have to do...yikes. I guess that brainstorm will have to wait...sigh. The hectic life that leads me...so true!

Starting this all over again

Ok, so here's what's going on in my life...I am reviewing for both Fallen Angel Reviews and Gotta Write Network. In addition to these two sites, I'm also working for Genesis Promotions. PLUS I'm working on writing two different books. I've got a fantasy novel that I like to call The People of the Veil about a quarter of the way through, and I'm just beginning a paranormal romance about a sword and some ghosts. Whaddya think? Crazy? Did I mention that I also have two small children? And am potty training my son. Can take a nap now? LOL.
